There are a lot of natural remedies for various sleep problems, but many of those remedies are not-so-easy to find. Plus, a lot of those remedies are various herbal supplements in pill form, and it sounds like that's not really what you're looking for.
The best commonly available, all-natural sleep aid is a cup of herbal tea, like chamomile, or a glass of warm milk. Seriously.
It also really helps if you can avoid stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, alcohol for several hours before going to bed, and try to avoid television, computers, video games and other activity before bed.
Going to sleep in a dark room, after a couple of hours of winding down, really helps. Try keeping your eyes closed no matter what. Without making yourself uncomfortable, try to reduce your breathing to about 8 or 9 breaths per minute.
