How to get rid of threadworms?

I have threadworms and I don't know how to get rid of them naturally I don't want to tell my parents because I feel embarrised about it.

Sorry kiddo, but you have got to tell your parents. threadworms are small nematodes that infect the lower intestines and lay eggs around the anus which causes itch and get eggs under your fingernails, for you to later ingest (no amount of washing your hands will kill all the eggs). they can only be killed with prescription medication. also, the some of the eggs will fall off regularly in your clothes and bedsheets. then when these things are washed or moved around the house the eggs go flying. therefore if you have threadworms, so do your parents and everyone else in your house. you will all have to take meds. also your house will need to be disinfected. the eggs can survive two weeks without a human host, so just taaking the meds won't work. and if you find a way to treat yourself and your parents aren't treated, you'll just be reinfected in a few short weeks because when mom cooks dinner the eggs under her fingernails will land in your food.
