billrichards 		All liquids, including water, are wet because everything else is dry (of course). Ergo, by definition, anything that's not dry is wet.
Water (H2O) is wet (liquid) between 32 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit. At 32 degrees it turns to ice, and above the boiling point of 212 degrees it begins to evaporate and turn into gas.
