I don't have that much of trust in herbal weight loss pill. I use generic alli weight loss pill for my weight loss. Alli belongs to a class of medications called lipase inhibitors. Such medications block the intestines from absorbing some of the fat in the foods that you eat. Specifically, Alli blocks about 25% of the fat that you consume. If you want try it here http://www.internationaldrugmart.com/alli.shtml

The straightforward answer to this question is no, herbal weight loss pills do not work. No matter how much you would like them to and no matter how appealing the commercials are, no pill you can buy at your local Walmart or on TV will help you lose weight safely and effectively.

Herbal weight loss pills are big business. The companies manufacturing these pills make millions of dollars, and they do so through a subversive means. Most of the pills you see on TV on the shelf of your local store are relatively new. Many say they are a new breakthrough in weight loss. Actually, they are the same old pills that have been around for years but in a bottle with a different label.

If an herbal weight loss pill could produce miracle weight loss results, it would be huge medical news. Stories would run in every newspaper. Word would get around, and the number of obese people would drop. Of course, none of this has happened, and no one is suppressing secret information that they really do work, but the pharmaceutical companies don’t want you to know.

What happens is that these companies put out a new product. They sell a lot of it at first. Soon, word gets around and sales drop. The pull the product off the shelf, and they might slightly change the formulation, but even that is doubtful. These same companies then give the pills a new name, repackage them and market them to a public so desperate they are willing to spend their hard-earned money to give it a try. Then, in the next year or two the circle begins anew.

Now, if you want to know the truth, studies have found that some carefully formulated supplements may actually help you lose weight. However, the weight lost is only in the range of 5% more than those not using the pills. That means if someone not using the pills loses 10 lbs, someone using the pills will lose 10.5 lbs. That is not enough to be worth the cost, and the cost is more than monetary.

Weight loss supplements are not regulated by the FDA, and many products now are being studies for dangerous side effects. Several reports are blaming these pills for catastrophic health problems.

The bottom line is you can’t lose weight without the work. A healthy diet and regular exercise plan will get those pounds off quickly and safely.
