How long does it take for a shaved eyebrow to grow back?

So, me and my friend were plucking our eyebrows & she shaved hers. Her little brother bumped her arm and she shaved half of het eyebrow off. It happened on I think Thursday, 4 days ago. We go back to school in exactly one week from today. Today is the 9th, we go back, the 16th. She's worried that it won't grow back until then. She doesn't want to look like a freak, too. I've been looking on a lot of sites and saw it can take 2 days to a month and a half to grow back. What can she do in the meantime to cover up her shaved part? Also, is it true that the shaved part will come in thicker and darker once fully regrown? We need a quick answer. And one more thing, is it normal for it too be britsly and rough. Thanks. :))
