Unlikely. Since the inability to feel usually results from nerve damage, meaning that nerve signals can no longer reach the spinal cord, and sensory nerves and motor nerves branch from the same spinal nerves, unless the lack of sensation was caused by someone severing each and every sensory nerve branch of the body, typically a spinal cord injury or spinal nerve injury would have to cause such a thing. Also, and secondary to this, your muscles have within them sensory nerves called propioreceptors. These sense the relative positions, angles and levels of stretch of your muscles, thus allowing coordination. So it is doubtful that, even if you could move, it would be particularly coordinated.
