Question about spinal/joint health

When I was 15, I suffered a compression spinal fracture on my T12 vertebrae, ever since then every few hours my back gets so stiff and painful I have to ball up both my fists, position them in the area, and lean back till it cracks to relieve the pain, I don't want to have to do this for the rest of my life. My doctor refuses to help the pain due to a preexisting problem I had with opioids, are there any suggestions as to how I can sooth the pain without cracking my back? I know that cracking joints being bad for you is a common myth, as far as arthritis goes, but I don't want to have to keep cracking all my painful joints for the rest of my life, I fractured my left forearm and I have to do the same with that to keep pain away, I want to avoid drugs, I know there is many natural alleviations to stiff joints, can anyone help me?

If you are suffering from joint pain and stiffness, you might need to take some vitamins for joint stiffness treatment. There are certain crucial vitamins, the regular intakes of which are essentially required in order to maintain the flexibility of joint. These include vitamin A, vitamin B Complex, vitamin C and vitamin E. All these essential vitamins are naturally present in the veggies, fruits, eggs, sea foods, and dairy products. Therefore, before taking any supplementary vitamins for joint pain, you must consult your health care provider to avoid any complications.
