How to lose weight without starving?

Slow and steady wins the race. Aim to lose 1-2 pounds a week to ensure healthy weight loss. Losing weight too fast can take a toll on your body and mind, making you feel weak, exhausted and sick. When you drop a lot of weight quickly, you're actually losing mostly water and muscle rather than fat. Set goals to keep you motivated. Short-term goals, like wanting to fit into a bikini for the summer, usually do not work as well as wanting to feel more confident or become healthier for the love of their children. When frustration and temptation strike, concentrate on the many benefits you will reap from being healthier and leaner. Use tools that help you track your progress. Keep a food journal and weigh yourself regularly, keeping track of every pound you lose and lose inches from your waist. By keeping track of your weight loss efforts, you will see the results in black and white, which will help you stay motivated.

I totally agree that keeping short term goals help to motivate for losing weight. Especially for a bikini body, people go for ultimate workout session and various diet plan just to slip into the dollboxx purple bikini like this one, Well, for losing weight, going hungry is not so good for everyone. I guess detoxifying your body through various detox drinks can really help.

I always use to be a chubby kid and my friends use to call me fat. Which obviously made me a little insecure and my confidence starts to droop down. And when I entered into my graduation college i started maintaining myself in terms of clothes and dressing sense but i was still called as fat. So i followed this diet plan for one month and it has helped me maintain my figure since then. I used to weigh 55 kgs and now i am 47 kgs. My diet plan was having a glass of orange juice in the morning without sugar and salt , a fist of sprouts with some almonds and raisins and a heavy breakfast. In the lunch i use to eat sprouts and wholegrain bread and a bowl full of salads. and then a proper lunch . And in the dinner i used to avoid junk food and prefer only home made food. I tried running and yoga in between but not much.

You may also lose 1-2 pounds every night while sleeping, especially if you use the restroom (although you may regain it throughout the day).
